Individual Therapy

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers

My approach to therapy is active and engaging. I see individuals coping with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity, and relationship issues. I have expertise working with folx with C-PTSD, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. I help my clients to cultivate interpersonal awareness, practice skills in self regulation, and expand their ability to hold compassion for themselves and others. Central to my practice is providing a stable, dependable, and compassionate relationship in order to begin and work with the healing process.

Couple’s Therapy

“To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.” - Sue Johnson

Working with relationships is a unique opportunity to enter the Venn diagram where the experiences of two individuals meet. Are you looking to deepen your connection? Do you struggle with communication? Has something happened in your relationship that you are struggling to reconcile with? Do you "trigger" one another? Collaboration and authenticity are central to my practice and I aim to meet you and your partner exactly where you are at.

Group Therapy

“To love means to be actively concerned for the life and the growth of another.” - Irvin D. Yalom

Group therapy is an opportunity to heal what’s broken in relationship through experience of the here-and-now. Groups enhance interpersonal awareness and skills and allow clients to experience a deep sense of belonging and connection. My groups often utilize expressive arts, sandtray, drama therapy, and other creative interventions that allow us to work therapeutically beyond talk therapy.

Individual Counseling: $175 to $200

Couple’s Counseling: $190 to $225

I have a limited number of pro-bono and sliding scale spots reserved. If my sliding scale spots are full, I am happy to refer you to other clinicians who may be able to offer a reduced rate. I am passionate about getting folx connected with accessible and affordable mental health services. Clients who are able to pay my full rate make it possible for me to offer sliding scale options for community members who cannot afford my full rate.

I am able to bill OHP Healthshare. I currently do not bill any other insurance. I can provide you with a superbill to submit if you have an insurance plan that will pay a percentage of the fee via reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement and it is best to speak directly with your insurance provider.

* I am only offering telehealth services to Oregon clients at this time. *
