Resolve the unresolvable.

Trauma can make life feel unmanageable, relationships confusing, and everyday functioning overwhelming. My practice is dedicated to helping clients process trauma—especially those navigating dissociative disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and the impact of complex or chronic experiences that have shaped how they move through the world.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapeutic model that explores the many parts within us. Through IFS, we learn to meet our internal world with curiosity, compassion, and care—qualities that create the conditions for real healing.

As both a trauma therapist and an IFS client, I’ve found this model to be deeply validating, normalizing, and gentle. It has been profoundly transformative in my own life. I have completed IFS Level 1 training through the IFS Institute and continue to deepen my practice through consultation with certified IFS practitioners and by serving as a Program Assistant in Level 1 trainings.

I bring an eclectic background as a theater artist and educator, which informs a creative, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic style. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can explore—without judgment—what’s happening inside you and what you need to move forward.

What brought you to therapy may have been painful. Healing doesn’t have to be.

In addition to IFS, I draw from:

  • Family Systems

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy

  • Gestalt

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy

  • Expressive arts

  • Somatic and body-based practices

When I am not working as a counselor, I love engaging with the performing arts, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my cats. I am an avid pickle enthusiast.

About my approach

My work is dedicated to including anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed practices. As a white cis gender counselor (ie a well-meaning white lady), I see my power and privilege as a responsibility and seek to decentralize whiteness in healing practices.
